When I switched to vaping to replace smoking, the change was pretty noticeable. The first few days were tough, but soon enough, I realized I could breathe a lot easier. I didn’t wake up coughing or feeling short of breath anymore, which was a huge relief. My sense of taste and smell improved, too. Things that used to taste bland suddenly had more flavor. Over time, I noticed I had more stamina and could do things like running or climbing stairs without feeling winded. I no longer had that constant tightness in my chest. It wasn’t an instant transformation, but I definitely felt better and more in control. It’s not perfect, but I can confidently say vaping has been a much better alternative to smoking.
