We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors and images of our products that appear in the site. If you did not receive a package that is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to resolve this issue with the post office. You may not assign your agreement with the company. Any attempted assignment against these terms has no legal effect.
Neither the exercise of any right under this Agreement, nor waiver of any breach of this Agreement, waives any other breach of this Agreement.

The company last updated these terms on April X, 2025, and may update these terms again. The company will post all updates to the forum.
