I’ve noticed that since I switched from smoking to vaping in an effort to quit, I’m kind of always puffing on my vape. It’s like my little security blanket, especially when I’m working on something or just chilling at home. But it got me thinking about how often we all vape and if there’s a ‘normal’ amount of time to go without it.
How long can you usually go without reaching for your vape? Do you set specific times for vaping breaks, or do you just vape whenever you feel like it? Also, any tips on stretching out the time between vapes?

Its normal to vape more after quitting smoking,t’s a big adjustment. To stretch time between vapes, try setting vape breaks, keeping your device out of reach, or distracting yourself with gum or water

For me, it’s like a little treat. I didn’t used to be a cigarette smoker. I’ve been able to control how often I use e-cigarettes, and that’s been really helpful for me
I think it’s more about habit. E-cigarettes are not addictive.
