Journaling has always been a key part of my life! No matter the situation, writing it down and how it made you feel is so beneficial. The best part is you can go back and take a look at the things you were able to overcome! To see how strong you are as a person even at your lowest can help you understand yourself better. Sometimes you realize things weren’t as bad as you thought! I see every situation as a lesson I needed to learn. They are what made me who I am today and what happens today is shaping the better person I’ll be tomorrow.
