Not sure if it’s just me, but I always find myself reaching for my vape way more when I’m stressed or overthinking. Not even chasing nicotine that much, it’s more like… the habit itself calms me down. Some days it’s work, some days it’s just life being life. I’ll sit there scrolling, take a few puffs, and suddenly my brain is a bit quieter. Curious if anyone else feels the same — or if you’ve found other ways to relax besides vaping?
