I’ve been noticing how different people handle pressure - some hit the gym like crazy, others blast heavy metal through their headphones, some organize rant sessions with friends over drinks, and yes, I’ve definitely seen people just disappear for a few minutes to take some calming vape breaks. There’s no judgment here - whatever works, right? ![]()
For me, it’s all about combining a few things. I’ll put on some chill lofi beats, step outside with my vape, and just take a few slow draws while watching the clouds pass. There’s something about the rhythm of breathing in that warm vapor and watching it drift away that just… resets my brain. Sometimes I’ll pair it with a quick walk around the block, or just sit quietly for five minutes. It’s my little mobile meditation session. ![]()
