I wanted to share something I’ve noticed since I swapped my morning cigarettes for a vape. I actually feel less groggy. It’s kind of like that foggy morning brain just lifts a bit quicker now.
Thinking about it, it makes sense, right? Ditching the carbon monoxide and smoke has got to be better for getting some actual oxygen to your brain. It’s not rocket science that breathing in less smoke means a happier, less starved brain when you wake up.
Has anyone else found that switching to vaping made their mornings feel a bit less like you’re trying to break out of a mental escape room?

Can I ask what the go-to-choice flavor is for you if you use vape at the starting of the day!! I use mint, they just really fresh me out!

I’ve noticed a similar vibe too - it’s like my brain gets a little boost of oxygen instead of dragging through the day

I also love mint! It’s so refreshing in the morning. Have you tried citrus or fruit flavors? They’re great too.

I was surprised too when I switched to vaping. Mornings feel way better now.

I will use vape to star my morning and my afternoon, u know, people are easy to get tired in the afternoon, I will use the combination of mint flavor vape and coffee to kick off my sleepiness
