I’d like to share something that’s been on my mind lately. Vaping for a while now and I didn’t really think much of it affecting me—until recently. I’ve started noticing that my sleep patterns are a bit off.
A few weeks ago, I began having trouble sleeping , like full-on insomnia. At first, I blamed it on work stress, but after keeping track for a bit, I realized I was vaping right before bed. I usually use high-nicotine juice, and I know that stuff can boost your heart rate and keep you up. So, I decided to cut back on my evening vapes, and honestly, the difference is crazy! I’m falling asleep faster and waking up feeling a lot more rested.
Has anyone else noticed their vaping messing with their sleep? I’d love to hear if you’ve had similar issues or if you’ve found good ways to chill out at night without grabbing the vape.
