Does your vaping affect your sleep?

I’d like to share something that’s been on my mind lately. :melting_face:Vaping for a while now and I didn’t really think much of it affecting me—until recently. I’ve started noticing that my sleep patterns are a bit off. :smiling_face_with_tear:

A few weeks ago, I began having trouble sleeping :sleeping:, like full-on insomnia. At first, I blamed it on work stress, but after keeping track for a bit, I realized I was vaping right before bed. I usually use high-nicotine juice, and I know that stuff can boost your heart rate and keep you up. So, I decided to cut back on my evening vapes, and honestly, the difference is crazy! I’m falling asleep faster and waking up feeling a lot more rested. :partying_face:

Has anyone else noticed their vaping messing with their sleep? :face_with_monocle: I’d love to hear if you’ve had similar issues or if you’ve found good ways to chill out at night without grabbing the vape. :person_raising_hand:

Funny, my ex-girlfriend of several years tells me I hit my vape in my sleep.

I feel the same way and think it’s due to stress at work, it’s actually much better not to vaping in the evenings
