In what situations would you vape/smoke the most?

I’ve always struggled with being a stress eater. Since I was a kid, whenever things got tough, I’d turn to sweets—cakes, donuts, ice cream, you name it.:cake::icecream:It became my go-to coping mechanism for stress and anxiety. As you can imagine, over the years, this habit took a toll on my health and weight.

A few years ago, I discovered vaping. I wasn’t looking for nicotine or any sort of buzz—I just needed something to help me manage stress without piling on the calories. That’s when I decided to try 0 mg nicotine e-liquids. To my surprise, it worked wonders. Whenever I felt the urge to reach for sugary comfort food, I’d grab my vape instead. Taking a few puffs of a chocolate or honey-flavored vape gave me the same sense of satisfaction, but without the guilt or added weight.:chocolate_bar::cherry_blossom:

Vaping quickly became my pastime during stressful times—when work was overwhelming, when life threw curveballs, or even when I just needed a break to clear my mind. Instead of binge-eating, I’d take a moment to relax, breathe, and enjoy the flavors without the regret that used to follow.

The change was good. My energy levels improved, and I felt more in control of my habits. I was no longer at the mercy of my cravings, and I could face stressful moments without sabotaging my health.

How about you? When do you find yourself reaching for your vape the most? I’d love to hear your stories and experiences.:sparkles:

Morning! In the very first days of my quitting smoking, I vaped moren than I imagined. Try to find something similar. But the old days are gone. I can managed to have a few hundred puffs and totally stay away from cigarettes
