All my tips break while the pod is still smokeable. Had to replace many of them due to this. Bad quality!

You mean the mouthpiece on the pod? Kinda weird that yours crack. I had dozens of the pods and never had the mouthpiece break on me.
You should post some pictures so we can see what breaks tbh.
Yes, the black mouthpiece. Do not have a photo now (just throw them away usually) but will take a photo next time. It happens with my friends too. There is not really a way to incorrectly remove them, so I do not know why it happens. And it happens a lot. I now have several pods in my cupboard without the mouthpieces. It always happens on the short side, where it connects fits to the transparent tank. First cracks, and then just breaks.

Are you pulling or pushing the mouthpiece?
You basically have to make a wedge and push down with your thumb to make it snap off, and gently push it back to make it snap in place.
If you have a lot of bad pods and you bought them all from the same place they might be counterfeit pods.
There is a scratch off on the side of a package that can tell you if the pods are legit. If you didnt buy them from the xros store there is a chance they are fake.
I came here for exactly the same issue! Never used to be a problem but in recent months I’ve been needing to swap drip tips off new pods at least twice a week! Today i resorted to duct tape as I was away from home with no spares. Knew it couldn’t only be me!
