Save your Xros pod mouthpieces

I discovered the hard way that if you lose or crack a Xros mouthpiece, the pod itself can/will leak. I think the mouthpiece blocks the air release valve when on, which acts as a pressure seal for holes in the bottom of the pod.

However, if you keep an old mouthpiece as a spare, or borrow from an unused one, you can keep reusing mouthpieces unless they crack or get lost.

A tangent lesson is that if you don’t snap the mouthpiece back on properly, it could leak.

Yes, I lost one. Then noticed the next morning the pod was empty above a pool of juice.

I never think about that this way and also never cracked any mothpiece, but thanks for great advice, that could definitely happen so it´s better to be prepared.
