I’ve seen debates about vaping while exercising, and honestly, I can’t imagine skipping my vape on leg day. After a grueling set of squats, it feels like a mini reward, giving me a moment to catch my breath and reset. But I’ve also heard that vaping can suppress appetite, which got me wondering—could this be a double-edged sword? On one hand, it might help curb post-workout hunger, but on the other, fueling your body is crucial for recovery and muscle growth. I’m curious how vaping might affect overall fitness performance. Is it helping, hindering, or just a neutral habit? What’s your take?

I don’t work out🥴but I always have my vape with me, no matter what I’m doing. So far, I haven’t noticed any negative effects from vaping while I’m active.
