So, winter window vaping is officially the worst. 
My smoke detector has gone off twice today, and the panic it causes is real. Does anyone else deal with this? In my old place, I ended up sticking a woolly sock over it—worked like a charm. But now, I need to crack a window and blast a fan to keep the vapor away. Not ideal when it’s freezing, but better than waking the whole house at 1 a.m. What’s your trick to avoid the smoke detector drama?

In my place, I’ve found that using a small desk fan pointed towards the window helps a lot

Back in my apartment days,i turned the portable smoke detector into just a wall decoration by removing its battery😅 but hoping I don’t accidentally set the place on fire while trying to be stealthy.
Safety tip: always keep a fire extinguisher nearby

I feel u, bro! Every time I cook i also worry about my alarm, and it has went off many times, but for vape, may be more careful about the amount of smoke, u know, small circle hahaha

Totally get that! Cooking can turn into a full-blown alarm concert!
