I just bought a vaporesso and after charging it’s not working. What can I do?

If you just purchased it and have the original packaging you can either take it back to retailer you purchased it from or contact vaperesso through the warranty

I have experienced something similar, I charged it and was going to use it but it turned off and the screen wouldn’t turn on, I tried using another charger, and the result was that the charger had a problem, it’s been almost 1 years without any problems
