Hello everyone,
This time I have a topic about the increasing number of enthusiasts for second-hand vapes, second-hand liquids and second-hand vape equipment globally.
Very crowded, you need to know that I have been involved in the new / second-hand vape buying and selling forum for a long time, especially on Facebook media in my area.
There are many types of people in it:
Seller
Buyer
Broker
Surely you are familiar with no.1 and no.2, Now let’s discuss whether there is no.3 BROKER.
Broker: a person whose job is to be online continuously in the group with the aim of monitoring if there is a new / second-hand vape etc. that is sold at a low price (need money) and he immediately buys it then he will sell it again at a higher price (profit).
I follow a lot of vape buying and selling groups in my area, there I know that in the lower middle class, most people buy second-hand vapes rather than buying new vapes,
Why? because the price is definitely cheap, Based on what I see and learn, people tend to be interested in buying second-hand vapes + liquids (just suck) because maybe they think it’s cheaper, easier and less complicated without having to buy 1 by 1.
I once sold a new vape and what happened was that people who offered my vape still asked what the completeness was, maybe what was meant was the liquid, it was really difficult and you have to be patient with people like that.
They are less interested in new vapes because besides the price is definitely more expensive than second-hand vapes because they also have to spend more money to buy liquids etc.
The conclusion in this topic is that people here prefer to buy second-hand vapes rather than new ones.
That’s all the topics from me that I made based on my experience in the vape buying and selling forum in my area.
The question?
How is the development of vape buying and selling in your area?
Let’s discuss!!
I personally would not buy a used vape I only buy new or get ones to trial the price of a new vape is not expensive to get peace of mind the main reason for this most contain built in batteries and can only be charged x amount of times so don’t know previous owners habits also there’s a risk previous owner may have had leaks resulting in liquid in the device plus second hand could be sold on several times
I generally give away to neighbours friends work colleagues as I know history of the device.
You are right my friend, maybe for you it is because comfort and tranquility are the main things, but in every country or region the culture and economy are definitely different, sometimes I am also confused when I see the situation of many used vapes circulating in my area.
Oh UK. Thanks for letting me know.
It is very natural for developed countries to have no or low prices for second-hand vapes,
I come from Indonesia in Southeast Asia.
Here the second-hand vape/second-hand liquid or anything related to second-hand vape equipment is very busy,
Even liquids with only 25% left are still selling if the flavor offered is what people want.
Interesting, i wonder if it would be cost effective to ship out there? In bulk, it would be a win win if so. I can collect used but working ones and send them over.
Yes,
sorry buddy, I don’t really understand about shipping costs,
but another question will arise whether second hand vape/liquid brands from the UK can sell here? That has not been answered yet
I really didn’t expect that there would be a second-hand market for products like vapes and juices. This is undoubtedly an interesting phenomenon. But will it pose some safety risks? And will the used vape juice have the risk of deterioration due to being used for too long?
sorry sir, I’m not promoting, I’m just explaining what’s happening right now, maybe almost all over the world there are many children who are already vaping underage.
how about in your area sir?
Used doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad, it just means the remaining liquid isn’t full and isn’t sealed.
I usually test it with 1 drop first, sir.
It depends on the production date of the liquid!
I’d be worried on buying used e- liquid from unknown sources the seller can add anything to make it appear more to sell it they can switch bottles from a juice out of date into a fresher bottle and on a side note more kids will vape more if buying second hand or third or fourth lol who knows because they don’t get checked as if they would going into a shop.
Yes, it’s dangerous when there are unscrupulous individuals who justify any means for money.
But here, most buying and selling is done person to person, not in stores, if it’s used liquid.
