Its about a issue on my device

Device: Vaporesso XROS 5
Issue: Device pin completely pushed down / collapsed
Hi Vaporesso Team,
I am using Vaporesso XROS 5 and after normal usage, the device’s internal pin has completely gone down. Because of this, the pod does not make proper contact and the device shows connection issues. I even used XROS 3 Nano and XROS 4 and also find similar problem

This happened without any drop or misuse, so it seems like a manufacturing or design issue, not user damage. I have used previous XROS devices but never faced this problem before.
I would like to know if this issue is covered under warranty and what solution Vaporesso can provide (replacement or repair).
I can provide photos/videos if needed.
