How'd You Find Your Perfect Nic Strength?

I remember my days trying to get a lot of vapor from my vape. I would inhale deeply, hoping it would feel just right, but sometimes I’d end up feeling dizzy or coughing a lot afterwards.:dash:

Finding that just right nic level? It’s been quite the adventure:

● Started off with high 18mg nicotine because, well, that’s what I thought I needed as an ex-smoker. :smoking::arrow_right::no_good_man:

● Realized quickly – too much nic equals one queasy vaper. Not cool.

● Dialed it down, experimented a bit, and found out lower nic like 3mg sometimes meant vaping more. :arrows_counterclockwise:

After some trial and error (and a few missteps), I discovered my happy medium. Here’s where I landed:

● Comfort is Key: Found a strength that didn’t leave me jittery or craving more.

● Slow & Steady: Weaning off? Lowering gradually was my winning strategy. :turtle:

● Checking in With Myself: It’ll tell you if it’s too much, too little, or just enough. :ear::sparkles:

If you’re new to vaping, finding the right nic level for you is a slow process, not a quick fix. :running_woman::man_running: Take it easy and start on the low end. How you feel post-vape sesh is your best indicator.

● If you’re just starting, you might want to try something like 3 mg – it’s pretty low.

● Feeling out if that works for you, or if you need a bit more kick, there’s always 6 mg.

● Some folks need a bit more and go for 12 mg, especially if they’ve recently quit smoking.

● And there are higher levels too, like 18 mg or even 24 mg, but that’s usually for the heavy former smokers.
