First time user/buyer and I’m completely lost. There weren’t any directions in my box so in really confused. Please help me.

Hi kourtney welcome to the community which type of vaperesso tank you got ?
The I tank series has a little red triangle 
on top you push to reveal fill port
The NRG series has a twist top to reveal fill port
The GTX 22 and 18 you twist off top and fill between glass and chimney
The SKRR series you twist drip tip to reveal fill port
As with many other vaperesso tanks they are all top fill

If it’s your first device it’s most likely a pod not a tank
Lux series pods is bottom fill
Remove pod from device and on the bottom of the pod on one side there is a rubber bung just put your nail under it to remove to reveal fill port once filled replace the rubber seal to prevent leakage
Xcross series pods is top full push off or like trying to snap off black tip/mouthpiece to reveal fill port after filling replace mouthpiece
Always leave pod or tank approximately for 5 mins once filled to allow coil to saturate
So you don’t get dry hit or burn out coil you only need do this on first fill this is called priming the coil. Welcome to the world of Vaping .
