Disappointed in Your Service

Ive been going back and forth with Vaporesso customer service for 2 months over shipment of the wrong product. This was supposed to be a November birthday gift for my daughter.

I have sent everything asked for including a bunch of pictures …still waiting for an answer back from them …..this is the rudest I have ever been treated as a customer.

Between my daughter and I we have over 25 Xros devices and many more Vaporesso sets. We have also referred so many people ….Such a shame.

We will be switching to Caliburn or another similar tasteful pods as soon as we finish our current pods.
