Hey guys, since the community’s all about sports vibes recently, I wanted to share a little love for yoga, especially for those of you (like me!) who are just getting into it. It’s not scary, I promise — and it goes so well with a chill vape sesh after.
Here’s how I started & what helped me:

Start small, like… super small🥰
• 5-10 mins a day is enough
• Search “beginner yoga stretch” on YouTube (I love Yoga with Kassandra!)
• Focus on breathing more than bending -
Your body is not a pretzel. And that’s okay.
• Flexibility comes with time
• Some days I just lay in child’s pose & breathe — it still counts -
Match your flow to your cloud💨
• I love doing slow yoga while vaping something minty or lavender-y
• It’s sooo relaxing. Feels like a spa moment at home
4. No fancy gear needed🙅♀️
• Just a mat (or towel) & stretchy pants
• Candle, soft playlist, maybe a puff or two? Yes pls
- Be kind to yourself😌
• Yoga isn’t about “doing it right”
• It’s about showing up for you — which is kinda beautiful, right?
