I was pleasantly surprised to find that the two new entry-level products in the VIBE family are really amazing. I brought you a quick review after using them for a week.
These pods keep things simple—offering no settings or menus, just a slider to toggle between two modes. Both devices feature 1100 mAh rated batteries and are compatible with the large 4.5 mL pods from the VIBE series, a line that debuted earlier this year with the original VIBE and the VIBE NANO PRO. The key distinction lies in their designs—the SE adopts a pen-style shape, while the NANO has a square form.
Given VAPORESSO’s strong track record of producing quality products, there’s good reason to expect these two devices to uphold that reputation.
COLOR:
Both: black, white, blue, strawberry red, ice cream pink, ice blueberry
SE: mocha coffee, grape purple, frozen mint, grapefruit soda
NANO: orange soda, lime green
Both devices work identically—simple inhale-to-fire pod systems with no buttons or switches. Just insert a primed pod (fill, wait 5 minutes) and vape. The magnetic pods snap in securely with no wobble. Removing the pod reveals a rubber plug for easy filling.
A slider switches between Power mode (stronger hit, more airflow) and Eco mode (tighter draw, less power). The LED indicates battery level:
- Green: 70-100%
- Blue: 30-70%
- Red: 0-30%
The basic LED keeps costs down, but if you prefer a screen with battery percentage, the VIBE or VIBE NANO Pro are upgrades. Choices are always good.
Performance is what truly defines a pod vape, and these deliver. Both devices include just one pod, with different versions: the U.S. gets a 1.0-ohm pod, while international models come with 0.8-ohm.
Dubbed ‘Smart Pods,’ their dual-mesh coils adjust firing based on mode—Eco uses one mesh, Power uses both. This means double the vapor and flavor in Power mode (at the cost of faster coil/battery drain), while Eco prioritizes longevity with a tighter draw.
Both coils are MTL-only, with no DL option. Power mode offers a looser hit, Eco a tighter one. Flavor is solid in both, and coil life is impressive—easily lasting through 30mL of juice, often over two weeks with normal use.
