Bought two Luxe X2. Charges when plugged in but no vape draw. No power light or draw when unplugged. Tried multiple times to power on by pressing button 5 times and unlock by pressing button 3 times. Tried several different pods. Please help.

The lux x2 has a lock button on base this powers on device
The lock button isn’t responsive. Tried to resolve by pressing lock button 3 and 5 times as well are pressing it in and holding for 20 seconds.

The lock button is not a press button it is a slide button holding device face down button to right is locked push to left to unlock it when you press fire button to inhale does screen say locked ?
My apologies I’m thinking lux max x2 which has lock button on base your is the lux 2 which does not have the lock button on base hopefully a mod on here can help or someone who owns the lux x2 if faulty hope you kept the box ect to claim the warranty best wishes sorry I couldn’t help.
