Okay… so this was NOT on my to-do list today, but somehow I ended up making my own disposable vape from scratch ![]()
Not in a sophisticated “engineer mode” way — more like a very DIY, foolproof, Frankenstein-style build.
Basically the process went like this:
- Used a syringe to pull in the e-liquid
- Injected it into the cotton core
- Matched it with a tiny compatible battery
- Sealed the whole thing with soft silicone
- Snapped everything back together…
- And boom — a functional mini disposable vape
The funniest part?
The flavor actually SLAPPED. ![]()
Super icy mint, clean throat hit, surprisingly smooth — way better than I expected from my accidental “workshop moment.”
It kind of reminded me how much fun vaping can be when you get hands-on with the process.
Not for everyone, of course, but definitely a little “mad scientist” joy.
So now I’m curious:
Have you ever tried making or modifying your own vape gear?
Maybe rebuilding coils, mixing juice, tweaking airflow — or something as silly as my little DIY disposable experiment?
Would love to hear your stories (and disasters
).
