Let’s talk sub-ohm! I dove headfirst into the world of sub-ohm vaping for that promise of dense clouds and rich flavor. And true enough, it’s like the difference between a drizzle and a thunderstorm when it comes to vapor production! The flavors are so intense.
But is sub-ohm vaping the be-all and end-all? For me, while I love basking in those thick clouds, I’ve had my moments. Like the time my mod and tank got too hot to handle—literally. Or when I underestimated the juice consumption and ran out at the most inconvenient times. Not to mention, it can be a bit much when you’re looking for a discreet puff in public.
So, to all my fellow vapers, what’s your stance on sub-ohm vaping? Are you all about chasing clouds, or do you prefer keeping it low-key? Have you had any ‘oops’ moments while pushing your device to its foggy limits?
Drop your stories, tips, and tricks below! Let’s make this a thundering discussion—but without setting off any smoke alarms, okay?
As I mentioned in another post, I’ve been vaping for 4 months and I was also curious to know what it felt like to get the big clouds produced by the sub-ohm experience, so I got two units to try them both out. I think both experiences are very interesting and offer different sensations that I couldn’t choose in the end. I save the big clouds for home and the light experience for the street, to avoid the situation you mentioned with the people around you. Although I must confess that from time to time I go out with both units, and when I see the opportunity I use either one. Both experiences have their nuances and I don’t see the need to have to choose.
Honestly, sub-ohm vaping isn’t my thing. The huge clouds are cool, but they can be a bit much, especially when I’m just chilling at home or out with friends. I prefer something more chill that doesn’t turn the room into a fog fest.
I’ve been a sub-ohm vaper, but I’ve started feeling a bit jaded over time with the intense flavors it brings. So, I’ve switched to a more stealth setup that suits me better and have more control over the intake i want.
Totally feel you! The fog fest isn’t for everyone and sometimes it’s way too much. I still love my clouds but definitely get why you prefer keeping it chill. Different strokes for different folks, right?
