i do believe that if there is a zero win on the wheel the minimum shouldnt be a 50 coin it should be at least 100 for the spin back

I think the reasons you can only swap diamonds for gold and can’t swap gold for diamonds
Is because still on lvl one bronze tier this will change as you progress to lvl 2 (points exchange) unlocks .

There is a 0 win where it just says thanks means you lost your 100 gold stake or a free spin the win 50 means you won 50 gold for your free spin or lost 50% of your 100 gold you paid for spin.
But if you choose to pay 100 gold the odds are against you I sold all my diamonds and bought gold just so I could spin more 
and only won 500 gold once. So if you’re interested in any of the gifts and want to save your gold only do the free two spins per 24hrs as you don’t lose any gold you only lose a free spin or win some extra gold it’s really just for fun.
I think your odds will improve as you advance in levels.

As for the odds I calculated 8 segments in the wheel which should be 8/1 but it is random spins so can land anywhere but so far it is mostly stopping at thanks,win 50 and win 150 gold I do think 
those odds will improve as you advance in levels giving you more chances of bigger wins.
