What the hell is going on with ordering LUXE XR MAX 2 from vaporesso.com - placed order 10 days ago, but haven’t got any updates on ETA of my device?! I have tried to write e-mail, and send message through website: no reply??? Should I start to worry, ask for refund and write bad reviews about this company? So many questions, so little answers… Is there anybody who can answer what is going on, why the delay and what is the ETA ?

To clarify: the LUXE XR MAX 2 was in a pre-order phase on the VAPORESSO official store. Global shipping is scheduled to begin on May 15th, and all orders will start dispatching from that date onward.

P. S. My advice : fix your communication with clients problem, make sure you do give answers for emails / online chat messages in timely manner (even automated reply is better than no reply).
P. P. S advice N2: mark the product “Pre order” on your website (as other website do) so that customer is not mislead. I had an impression the device is ready to be shipped , because of no clear marking about Pre order status. Don’t do that please.
