I’ve reached gold level, but it says that membership mall and product redemption is not available in my country. I’m from Roma, Italy.
Can someone help me about this issue?

I’ve just unlocked a new level as well but not sure how to actually get to product redemption. I would’ve assumed it’ll add products to prizes at new level but it hasn’t… maybe they’ll add them as options when new devices become available? I’m located in the UK.

Hi Fam, I’m located in US. All product in membership is available for me. However I have not enough coins to bring them back LOL.
I think it depends on your location. And maybe the next version your country is available.

On level 2 you will see it added Amazon and Apple and Spotify gift cards they were not in level one. The only issue I see the gift cards are in $ not the gbp in my country. But I suppose will auto convert once you load them.
