I am surprised you can’t purchase these items from Amazon. They are not specific to vaping. So I would think they would be available. You may have to do a deep dive to find them. I just looked at the site from America and they are listed as being for candle making for the most part. They also have hemp wicks. Maybe that will help you find them.
The wire seems to be widely available also. It is used for many purposes other than vaping.
But if you are looking for straight disposable vapes, refillable vapes, or juices of any type they are not carried on Amazon. Amazon has a strict no tobacco products policy. So the only things that would be available are those that can be sourced from products that are used for other purposes.
