Incase anyone doesn’t know, vape brands that aren’t FDA approved aren’t going to be legal to sell in NC after the 30th. Im just curious what brands will still be legal to sell after this. Again, if anyone here knows, maybe someone here works at a head shop or something.

That’s right! After the 30th, only vape products that have FDA (PMTA) approval will be legally allowed to be sold in North Carolina.
