I don’t know who I should contact if I’m having an issue with the UV Prime System, but it won’t allow me to exchange my 400 gold (I have over 500) to get 1 diamond. It won’t let me type 400 in the gold column and 1 in the diamond column in the exchange. When I enter 400 in the gold column it automatically puts 100 in the diamond column and won’t let me lower the diamonds to 1. It keeps telling me I don’t have enough for that exchange, which I know. I tried switching the the column around and still won’t let me do anything. It automatically loads 1600 in the gold value every time I enter the exchange. I don’t know if anyone will read this or can help but I don’t know where else to find answers. Thank you.
