I’d love to see an app
that I can use easily from my smart phone or talblet. Kind of like you see with Instagram, Facebook, or X. You can either use your browser or download an app. I find an app easier to use on my smart phone than my browser app and I think it would be easier to add memes 
, gifs, and photos 
too!

I like that disposables have the little silicone plug in the mouthpiece. How about a setup that comes with a silicone plug connected to the battery by a small chain or cord? This way you wouldn’t lose the cap/plug & it could be used to keep pocket lint, dust, dirt, etc. from getting into the mouthpiece when you carry it around!

As others have said the organization of topics isn’t very easy to understand. I have a hard time finding and following the topics. If I’m intersted in one I have to either save the email notification of the topic when I first got it or I have to go into my list of topics I have replied to. There doesn’t seem to be a good system where it can be organized under general by a specific topic instead of just lumping them all thogether?
Or when you have the giveaway a category where there is a list ofthe winners for each round as a separate topic? It’s hard to find the winners of each round in all the over 300 messages in that topic.
Just some examples.
