Hello from sunny California!
My name is JoLene and I’m originally from Texas. I moved here about 10 years ago with my boyfriend that I’ve known since the 8th grade and we graduated highschool together. We are now ages 48 and 49, needless to say we’ve been friends for a very long time! Life has had its ups and downs, way too many downs unfortunately, but no matter what life has thrown our way, we’ve had each other. Lance has been my protector, best friend, and partner in crime. Last April we were given the news Lance has stage 4 Metastatic Laryngeal Cancer (throat cancer), and required immediate surgery to have any chance of survival. After a surgery to removed his vocal chords and make a hole in his neck that he breathes from permanently, four months in the ICU and hospital, five months of chemo and radiation, and without the ability to ever speak again, he has been giving a little more time to spend with me on this earth. Both Lance and I are fighters, which was important since we went through everything while being homeless. We were fortunate to have made a few good friends who have aloud us to stay with them once Lance got out of the hospital and continue to stay with now. I am happy I’ve found this community to be a part of. I love that I choose to put down the cigarettes three years ago and pick up a vape. Vaping has helped me get through a lot in my life so far and I know it will help with anything that is to come in the future. I looked forward participating in this community and you people have helped me to escape to a better place for a little while everyday. Thank you all, even that I know this will go unread, for the mental help you have provided.

Hi JoLene from sunny California I am so sorry to hear about Lance it sounds horrific hopefully he gets a lot more time on this earth not just a little you both have been through a lot and it’s nice to see despite all that you still remain positive and joined us here in this community I do hope things improve for you both hopefully you win the lottery or something god knows you really deserve it and glad you quit the stinkies

Good morning people. Grant here. Still getting used to my vape but definitely enjoying it. So much better than 40 years of icky ciggies, breath like an ashtray, smelly clothes and all the rest.
I have found that with the using my vape there are things I honestly took for granted. I breathe deeper, and I’m inundated with forgotten smells (who knew brown sugar has a smell?)
So UV Community, thanks for the welcome to a new outlook in my ‘oldish’ age.

Hi, my name is Paul aka Urbn Vapes.
I have been on the vaping scene for over 10 years and i have worked on and of with the industry for about the same time.
Vaping has a special place in my life not only for helping me give up the cigs after being on them for 30 years, saving my life (litrily), and most of all i meeting my wife in a vape shop 8 years ago.
I love everything about vaping especially the community and the people i have met over the years, there is nothing like it.
